The Dini From Home Team accommodates orders virtually through Zoom consultations. Wigs are mailed to the client’s home and the final product is achieved by using shipments back and forth, with follow-up Zoom sessions while the client tries the wig at home for the virtual fittings with our team. When a client visits us in person, Dini Wigs can use 3D technology to have a mold that is used to custom fit the wig to the client’s head, to be used for future virtual orders. This wig customizing process takes about 4 months to complete when completely virtual, and if a client makes in-person visits combined with the virtual process, it may take as little as two months.
